A FIELD JOURNAL

Northern Notes

Small observations from walks, quiet mornings and the changing seasons.

When the forest grows quiet

Late autumn brings a different rhythm to the trail. Leaves gather in the hollows, the light stays low, and familiar paths seem longer. A short walk is enough to notice how much has changed.

A notebook for ordinary days

There is no need to travel far to find something worth remembering. The shape of a branch, a clear patch of sky, the sound of water after rain: these are the things this journal collects.
